Reviews and Ratings
During my two-night stay, I found the hotel to have very nice rooms, but there was no room service menu available upon arrival. The service was overall great and helpful, though some staff members lacked knowledge. The location was perfect for walking to the stadium and tailgates but was just ok for other activities. The dining experience was a mix of very good food at the bar and underwhelming options elsewhere.
The hotel's location is truly amazing, especially if you're a hard sleeper, being convenient for the football stadium and the university. The rooms are set up very nicely with cozy linens. The service gains some experience during peak times; however, it was not responding on time consistently. The dining experience was underwhelming considering the cost, although the food at the bar on the second level was very good. The facilities offer some added value.
The hotel has really nice rooms with cozy linens but unfortunately, mine wasn't ready upon arrival. The service, although overall great and friendly, lacked knowledge in some instances. The location was amazing, perfect for events at the stadium and regional swim meets. The dining experience had its ups and downs, with some good food options but also some disappointments in freshness and variety.
